The International Environment Congress Association (IECA) was born out of the vision and enthusiasm sparked during the two-week MOOCMER course held amid the COVID-19 pandemic, which saw the participation of over 2,000 academicians worldwide.
The organizers realized that scientific research in India and across the globe could be greatly strengthened through an annual gathering of researchers and academicians committed to environmental stewardship and sustainable living.
This vision led to the creation of IECA — a global platform for experts to converge, collaborate, and create solutions for a greener and healthier planet.
